Dear parent,
There are 2 simple steps to accomplish from this page: requesting an appointment for your child and making the deposit for $47.
This will include the consultation, review of health history, computerized nerve scans, chiropractic based physical exam, me doing some homework with the information that I gather and then reporting that information to you. We will make it easy for you every step of the way and provide you the answers you are seeking.
